From the moment we arrived to make arrangements for mum’s funeral all of the staff we encountered were lovely, helping us through the process every step of the way. The high level of service continued throughout the whole process. Dana was so helpful and the Lady leading proceedings on the day (apologies for not knowing her name)was amazing so a big thank you to everyone for making everything run so smoothly and with compassion and sensitivity.

I can thoroughly recommend Thomas Bragg and Sons. Dana was very helpful and thorough at the initial meeting. On the day Claire, the funeral director, was particularly thoughtful and compassionate, and there were a lot of complimentary comments about the service. We thought the flowers were excellent too.

Everyone we dealt with at Braggs were superb, professional and supportivr.

I was very happy with the whole service provided by Kathryn in the Knowle office and by Claire who was the director on the day. Their responsiveness to calls and emails was excellent as was their attention to detail in explaining everything and taking on board specific wishes to personalise the day . I would happily recommend them to anyone else who I knew needed their service as I thought they were excellent in their service delivery and in attending to as many details as possible to minimise the stress associated with the many details that made up the arrangements.
