We dealt with Kathryn at the Knowle Office when organising my Mum’s funeral. She couldn’t have been more helpful & lovely to deal with. We had tight deadlines to meet & she effortlessly guided us through all the steps. Nothing can ever prepare you for the heartache of losing a child even if they were 24, it would have been so much harder if it wasnt for Claire and staff at Thomas Bragg, everything was done with care and compassion and with complete understanding of requirements from dressing him to receiving his ashes, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From the initial phone call Katie from the Shirley branch was helpful, compassionate and professional, guiding us through all of the funeral arrangements. On the day of the funeral Pete and the team gave Dad the perfect send off and were so respectful. Although it was a difficult time it was comforting to know that Dad was so well cared for.
